After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.

  • Timing: Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns that are not due to our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
