❓ Shipping FAQs
Q: Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?
A:We can only change the shipping address if your order is still in the "processing" stage. Please contact us immediately atsupport@typhoonbird.comwith your order number and the correct address. We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.
Q: What if my package is lost or stuck in transit?
A:Most tracking information will provide updates. If your package appears to be lost or has not moved for an extended period, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue for you.
Q: Why does my tracking number not show any information?
A:It can take24-48 hoursfor the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after the shipping label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for the status to become active.
Q: Are there any additional fees for international orders?
A:For orders shipped internationally, customers are responsible for allcustoms duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority upon arrival. TyphoonBird has no control over these fees.
